THE SACRED WINDOW
This is my foundational in-home postpartum care package consisting of two pre-birth education & planning sessions + four weeks of post-birth care.
Each postpartum package is unique, depending on what feels most nourishing to each Mama and what treatments and care a Mama is requiring post-birth.
The pre-birth sessions are a beautiful space for us to connect and get super clear on what your best possible postpartum looks and feels like and how I can facilitate this.
This package includes one large savoury batch of food (average 6 servings), one batch of snacks and a healing elixir per week. All foods and drinks are prepared not only with great love and care, but also a deep understanding of postpartum physiology and optimal healing.
Some of the wisdom that we may choose to draw upon during your postpartum time include:
- Yoni steaming and herbal sitz baths
- Moxabustion and castor packs
- Herbal infusions and teas
- Belly wrapping
- Flower essences
- Abhyanga massage (self + bub)
- Birth story processing
- Oxytocin boosters + busters
- Mother-Wrapping Matresence Ceremony (along the lines of Closing the Bones)
- Access to my extensive local and global network of quality resources and referrals

THE SACRED WINDOW EXTENDED
The foundational Sacred Window package and all of its healing goodness just extended for an extra two weeks/sessions postpartum, bringing it to six weeks of postpartum care.

1x IN-HOME POSTPARTUM SESSION
This is for the mamas at all stages of their postpartum journey; whether you're a fresh newborn mama or ten years into your Motherhood journey, sometimes we just need a dedicated space to feel truly seen and held.
Each session is completely unique, depending on what most needs addressing for you and what your intention is for our time together. It may involve birth story processing and a starting point for acknowledging any lingering birth trauma, teaching you how and why to make yoni steaming a regular well-woman practice, castor oil packs and self scar-tissue remediation techniques, a warming moxabustion session, Mother-Wrapping (along the lines of Closing the Bones) and many other variations of a similar thread.
My role is to hold the most nourishing and safe container for you to feel held and honoured. It may be the lifeline you feel you are needing in the trenches of early Motherhood, or it might be the postpartum holding you never received.
Our session includes one large savoury batch of healing postpartum food (average six serves), a batch of snacks and a warming, healing elixir.
Investment: $350 (for one in-home session)

VIRTUAL POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
This offering is for the mamas at any stage of their postpartum journey who aren't local to me but would like support with any aspect of their healing journey.
Each session is completely unique, depending on what is most present for you in the moment and whatever you'd most like help with. This could include, but is not limited to, collaboratively assessing your access to community support, any barriers to this and ways to access more if needed; birth story processing; optimal postpartum nutrition and nourishment; teaching you how to yoni steam; castor oil packs, self scar-tissue remediation techniques and much more!
This includes all relevant resources and referrals and text/voice support between sessions; think of me as an additional friend in your network :)
Investment: $350 (for two 1.5h-2hr sessions)
