ARE YOU RESTING ENOUGH? IF NOT, WHY NOT?

"Rest" can take so many different forms and the kind of rest you need can change from day to day (heck even hour by hour).
Are you resting enough? Are you prioritising rest that feels good in your body? That leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed?
If not, why?
I understand that life can get busy (truly, as a solo mama I really do get it) but if you're not carving out any space to rest in some form (even 10mins of breathing in the morning) how can you fully show up in your life, for yourself and for the people you care about?
