Join me as we explore the heart of the Masawel Maya healing traditions passed down by the Yucatec Maya Elder Don Elijio Panti. - The self-care massage techniques to tend to your belly, womb, and spirit - The history and lineage of this work; with an invitation to explore and connect with your own ancestry
- Fundamental female, male & intersex pelvic anatomy
- Pelvic steams & soaks
- Castor oil therapy
- Fajas and pelvic swaddling
- Introduction to spiritual healing
- The basic physiology of trauma
- Plants as allies and spirit medicine
- Nourishment & digestion
- The Rites of Menstruation & Menopause
And so much more!
